HR Audits are a necessary evil. While you may believe that your company is complying with all of California’s nuanced laws and regulations, an audit will often prove differently. Nancy Yaffe is a partner at the Los Angeles office of Folger Levin & Kahn LLP, and has successfully defended all types of harassment and discrimination matters, ADA/disability matters, and wage-and-hour litigation for clients in all types of industries. Nancy also provides pre-litigation counseling and advice to clients nationwide. She is a graduate of UCLA (1987, Magna Cum Laude, Phi Beta Kappa, Departmental Honors) and of USC Law School (1995). Nancy represents clients in employment litigation matters throughout California.
